RENTERS RIGHTS

“Renters Rights” was my thesis project, completed in April of 2022 for my Senior Design Showcase. An entire semesters worth of research in Renters Legal Rights, peers experiences, personal experiences, and bad tenants, was showcases in an easily reproduced and distributed zine. For the thesis show, I designed large scale fly posters and pasted them to the wall of the gallery, writing on to in red marker, pointing out the discrepancies and jokes. I also added the zines to the front in order for anyone visiting, mainly my target audience of college students and young renters, to pick it up and take it home. The zine was created using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop in 2022.
